“What does an eye strain headache feel like?”
I am a 39 year old male. I want to know what does an eye strain headache feel like?

The temple are may hurt and headache over forehead . A good thing to do to prevent eye strain headache is to take a 20 second break every 20 minutes and look into distance over 20 feet This will relax your eyes Also artificial tears may help . If these things do not help you should see primary doctor or eyecare specialist to be examined
