“Can you remove composite bonding?”
I am a 25 year old female. I want to know if you can remove composite bonding?

Hello,
Yes, composite bonding can be removed. In fact, most of the time tooth colored fillings in the back (posterior) teeth are the same composite bonding material that is used on the front (anterior) teeth. When a cavity occurs underneath the composite, we tend to remove the composite to make sure all the cavity was removed. So, composite bonding can easily be removed by a skilled person.
Hope this helps.
My best to you!

Yes, but it has to be replaced with a new one. Once you elect to have dental bonding, your enamel gets altered and you will need to replace bonding with bonding or porcelain veneer.
