Can you rub coconut oil on your gums?

I am a 29 year old male. I want to know if I can rub coconut oil on my gums?

Of course. Coconut oil is great. You can rub it anywhere. It is perfectly harmless. However, swishing it for 15-20 minutes will probably be more effective than just rubbing it on.
Sure. It won’t treat gingivitis or gum disease, but it won’t cause any harm. Go for it.
Never heard of that one. Cannot see that doing any good.
I'm not really sure how to answer that question. Sure, you "could" rub coconut oil on your gums, you could also rub cod liver oil or motor oil on your gums. I'm not sure why you would want to nor am I familiar with any benifit of doing any of the above. If you are looking to improve your gum health an electric tooth brush, water flosser, string floss, and certain mouthwashes along with regular dental care have proven the most effective and reliable.
