“Does constant sneezing signify an underlying health concern?”
My son must sneeze at least 20 times throughout the day. Does this indicate some underlying health concern?

Allergic rhinitis.
It's mostly related to allergies.
If this is a young child, sneezing may occur to clear mucus and he may not be ill. After 2 years old, it is more likely to be nasal allergies. Avoid diffusers, smoke, candles, etc., and try OTC claritin or zyrtec. If sneezing persists, get him checked out.
