“Can a deviated nasal septum cause breathlessness?”
I have a deviated nasal septum. Lately, I have been experiencing slight breathlessness even after the simplest of activities. Could the breathlessness and my deviated nasal septum be related?

A severe DNS could give the sensation of breathlessness, especially in a nose breather, but would be very rare.
