Can I get dimples through plastic surgery?

I've been obsessed with dimples ever since I was a little girl and my feelings still haven't changed now that I'm 37. Is it something possible through plastic surgery?

Not a good idea. They never look authentic. Furthermore, when you get older, those dimples become wrinkles and very difficult to manage.
It is highly unlikely.

Hi,

Yes, dimples can be created. It is a minor procedure and it is done under local anesthesia.

Thanks.
Well yes. It used to be a fairly common procedure to take out the buccal fat pad from middle anterior cheeks and that can create dimples. Other area would be anterior chin area. I would recommend you see a Plastic Surgeon for further information
Dimples are very difficult. There is no way to make them symmetrical.
Dimples form from an attachment of the skin close to the mouth to the smile muscles. In theory, one should be able to reproduce this with surgery, but it is not as easy as it might seem and the chances of disfiguring the smile are very high. This produces a “Joker”- like appearance.
I strongly suggest that you NOT pursue this. Responsible surgeons would probably turn you down as a candidate and irresponsible surgeons could permanently ruin your face and you could end up on “Botched.”

Sincerely,
