“What could be the reason behind lightheadedness, dizziness and stomach upset together?”
My husband returned from work last evening and complained of symptoms like light headedness, dizziness and an upset stomach all together. What could be the reason behind these symptoms? Is it a sign of something serious?

These combined symptoms are not uncommon and are connected. Stomach upset can cause dizziness and dizziness can cause stomach upset and light headedness follows all of them.
This could be caused by a serious underlying problem or a viral illness - if your husband is a smoker or has other cardiac risk factors like hypertension, diabetes or is over age 35 he should get checked out sooner rather than later - at once if he has ever had a heart attack or stroke
