“dizzyness”
I had a cold congestion and sinus build up ( blockage ) a month ago, pretty well cleared up now but when I get up in morning I have about 10 second dizzy spell but after getting my bearings it goes away! when working I try to twist my head around to look underneath dash I am working on truck ( mechanic work) I get really dizzy fast and have to stand back up straight, if I continue it will eventually make me sick to stomach. any Idea what is causing this???

For probable inner ear issues, you can try over-the-counter Meclizine or Dramamine.
You probably have some inner ear malfunction, possibly related to the cold. The sensation you are describing, a Merry Go Round dizziness is a quite common phenomenon. There are head position exercises and medication you can use if is bothering you enough to warrant it.
