Do computer screens damage your eyes?

I am a 28 year old male. I spend most of my day at the computer. Do computer screens damage your eyes?

No
No. You may be getting eye strain from close work. SO
No, but they do cause dry eye. Lack of blinking while using computers can lead to dry irritated eyes. Taking breaks helps. As do omega-3 vitamins and artificial tears.

Computer screens do not damage the eye. But the eyes can get dry when concentrating on the computer. You can purchase over-the-counter artificial tears at your local pharmacy. If your eyes feel dry when on the computer, then use some artificial tears.
No. It's just over straining of your eyes with small screens. Rest frequently like every 10 to 15 minutes.
