Yes they do. Every NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL team has a team chiropractor. Most major universities also have an on campus Chiropractor that treat the athletes or at least have a Chiropractor close by in their town that they refer to.
Yes. Many professional athletes use chiropractors and in fact, many professional sports teams in the NFL, MLB, and NHL have chiropractors on staff.
Absolutely. Most professional sports teams have a professional relationship with Chiropractors. Back in the nineties, the San Francisco 49ers were one of the first professional teams to bring on a Chiropractic physician to aid their team. Now, about 80 percent of the teams use Chiropractic regularly. Chiropractic works very well in coordination with physical therapy, pain
management and athletic training.

Yes they use them all the time. Just ask Johnny Damon, who talked about his chiropractor in an article when he came to play for the Yankees.
Many professional athletes get regular chiropractic care. Enhance your brain and nervous system, enhance your performance.

Yes. One of my instructors while attending chiropractic college in St. Louis was the chiropractor for the Rams.
Almost all professional athletes have a team chiropractor and swear by it! Google some and be impressed!

Nearly all of them. As you can imagine, athletes at any level are required the push their bodies to the limit, which make injuries very possible. Injury prevention is a bigger concern because no one wants to miss any job due to injury. Jerry Rice, Hall of Fame wide receiver for the 49ers, said that chiropractic was a big reason he was able to last 22 years in the NFL, which is unheard of in his position.
