“Do you use Waterpik before or after brushing?”
I am a 29 year old male. I want to know if I should use Waterpik before or after brushing?

I usually recommend patients to always floss and use Waterpik prior to brushing as it is the better sequence....
Before brushing
I personally WaterPic AFTER brushing so that it can "power-wash" out all the debris that I loosened while brushing my teeth. And to remove things I may have pushed between my teeth with my toothbrush.
