Thank you for your question, I'm sorry that she's going through that. While there are certainly different natural approaches that I could recommend, it's hard to do so without knowing more about her health background. A headache that lasts that long may be a sign of high blood pressure or another underlying condition. Other than referring her to her GP, I would suggest considering visiting a chiropractor in your area that comes highly recommended. Additionally, if she is not sensitive to smells, I recommend diffusing a high quality peppermint oil, especially at bed time. Other than that, make sure she is WELL hydrated, keeping her sodium intake low, and eating lots of dark, leafy greens. I wish I could be of more help but I don't want to suggest taking anything internally without speaking with her and doing a full evaluation. Best of luck!

Hello! I am sorry you are struggling with that. Unfortunately, I can't recommend anything without knowing more about your background and medical history. I would suggest making sure you are WELL hydrated. One of the leading causes of acute constipation is poor diet and poor hydration. If you are having any physical pain, a warm compress applied topically. I would suggest reaching out to your family doc for more advice. Sorry I couldn't help more, but, I don't want to suggest something without knowing more of your background. Feel better!
Can I consume ayurvedic medicines to sleep better?

Hello! This is a very stressful time for so many, you're not alone! Without knowing your background or medical history, I don't want to necessarily want to recommend supplements. However, I would recommend integrating before-bed routines that include mind-body-soul exercises. This includes turning off the TV and your phone at least 30 minutes before bed and reading a book of your choice (preferably something positive or light - rather than heavy biographies or horror books). Then, engage in some light physical activity such as gentle yoga and purposeful deep breathing. There are a ton of awesome videos for that on YouTube. Lastly, don't forget that you are a soul having a human experience! Take time to meditate before bed - also YouTube has great resources for that - AND - count your blessings! It sounds "cliche", but, taking time to be present and aware of all the good things in your life in the midst of all that's going on in the world is so important. If you enjoy herbal tea, have some of your favorite, caf-free tea before bed as well. Journaling my thoughts when stressed also is a solid tool to use :) I hope these suggestions help! Hang in there and don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need it!
How do you self treat anxiety?

Hello and thank you for reaching out. We are all going through so much right now that many are really struggling extra with their anxiety. Without knowing your medical background or if you are on any current medications, I don't feel comfortable suggesting supplements. However, generally speaking, we can manage our anxiety by engaging in activities that fall within 3 categories:
- Mind: Turning off tv and social media at least 30 minutes before bed time and read a positive, light, book or take time to write in a journal or draw.
- Body: Around bedtime, take a nice shower or bath, have some caf-free tea of your choice (if you like tea), Then, engage in some gentle yoga and purposeful breathing - YouTube has lots of awesome videos you can follow along with. Nothing crazy, just gentle, easy stretching and breathing.
- Soul: You are a soul having a human experience! Remember that! Take time before bed, as you are falling asleep, to meditate on what you are thankful for and all the blessings in your life. It sounds cliche, but, meditation has been clinically shown to reduce stress and anxiety significantly.
I hope those suggestions are helpful. Please do not be afraid to reach out to your GP if you feel you are really struggling. Realize that you are not alone and that you are here for a purpose :) Hang in there!

How do you naturally fix diarrhea?

Hello! I'm sorry you're coping with this frustrating condition. Without knowing more about your background, it's hard for me to give recommendations about supplements and such. Typically, diarrhea is a result of either a virus, diet, or stress. I would recommend evaluating your diet - are you consuming a lot of processed/fast foods? Alcohol? Then, think about your lifestyle - are you under a lot of stress? Finally, consider any other symptoms you may be experiencing - fever, loss of appetite, lethargy, muscle spasms/weakness. While experiencing these symptoms, be sure to stay well hydrated and keep your electrolyte balance in check! A simple BRAT (banana, rice, applesauce, toast) is best while staying away from any liquids except possible light bone broth and water. If your symptoms persist, contact your GP. Best of luck!
