“Does falling asleep during a massage make it difficult for my therapist?”
During my last session, I actually fell asleep during the massage without even realizing it. My therapist was okay with it, but I actually feel bad. Does falling asleep during a massage make it difficult for my therapist?

Not at all! In fact, falling asleep during a massage is quite common and a good sign—it means you're deeply relaxed, which is one of the main goals of massage therapy. As your therapist, I can still work effectively while you’re asleep. Your body responds to the techniques regardless of whether you’re awake or not, so feel free to drift off without worry!
Your answer is , it should not make a difference, if you fall asleep during your massage, I always say you probably needed to relax that day, and recover. So don't let it bother you, your massage therapist should understand.
In general, this is not a problem for the therapist. Massage is meant to relax you, so falling asleep is natural. Being unable to awaken you would be a problem.
No the therapist does. Not care if you fall asleep.
No, and you shouldn't feel bad ! As long as you're satisfied with the service then this would in fact make it much easier for your therapist to manipulate the soft tissue (muscle) in relaxed state. WIN, WIN !
No it's not an issue to fall asleep. What makes it harder for massage therapists is if you don't allow your body to relax.
Yes and no. For a full body (front and back of the body), the therapist will need to wake you up to turn you. The physical impact of the session will not be negatively impacted. The therapist is increasing your body's circulation and reducing tension in the fascia and being asleep does not interfere with that objective.
Falling asleep won't make your massage difficult on your therapist.
Sleep allows your body to heal. Adding in massage helps to expedite that healing ability. Some say that you can't "catch up" on your sleep, but getting a massage is considered an equivalent to 8 hours of sleep. As a therapist we're glad that we can help you relax enough to reach that state of healing.
Don't worry, if we need to ask a question or tell you your session is over - you can always rely on your therapist to gently wake you.

Haha your therapist probably loves it!
It's considered a huge compliment. Especially if it's a massage meant to put you to sleep. I like for my clients to be awake for feedback when working on more serious issues though.
