Does having scratch marks weaken teeth?

I am a 21 year old male. I want to know does having scratch marks weaken teeth?

Not particularly but if they are deep and cause fractures it may present a problem.
If by “scratch marks” you mean toothbrush abrasions, yes. Brushing too hard erodes the enamel and is not good for your teeth or gums.
Scratch marks are more superficial and teeth have a sufficient amount of enamel where they should be weakened by a scratch mark

If you are referring to craze lines in the enamel, then they do not really weaken the enamel. Many people have craze lines for one reason or another. See your dentist to determine if the craze lines are due to a severe bruxism problem, or are just a normal wear and tear aspect of your teeth.
The outside of our teeth are made of the hardests substance in the body, enamel, which is also brittle to a point. Craze lines, which often appear like small scratches or lines, typically do not indicate any problem with the teeth. If they continue to become more prominent and become stained it can mean the teeth have become compromised.Typically I recommend trying to clean the stain first by having the teeth cleaned professionally, then try whitening to diminish or eliminate the stain.
Hello,

Sorry to hear about these scratch marks. Are you referring to scratch marks created by trauma to the teeth? Or is it possible they are what we call craze lines (micro scratches that can be seen in the just the right light)? It the scratch came from something then it is possible to weaken the teeth depending on the severity of the scratch. If you are referring to what we call craze lines, then no they do not weaken teeth as they are very superficial.
Hope this helps.
