“Does stress cause your eyes to twitch?”
I noticed that my eyes twitch or blink a lot when I'm under a considerable amount of pressure. Is this happening because of stress? What are some ways that can help me manage stress better?

I would suggest exploring and investigating the underlying causes of this symptom in therapy. Also addressing the stress and better ways to manage it
Either change your job/career or lifestyle or change your way of thinking and believing
