I am a 30 year old female. I want to know does the local injection hurt?

It's a minimal sensation.
If the local anesthetic is lidocaine and if it is given slowly, then any pain from injection will be minimized.
It hurts as much as a bee sting and most people do well with it.
It stings a bit.
