“Can excess oil in food cause a heart attack?”
I have been seeing a lot of commercials on television these days that show a connection between oil and heart health. Which is the most recommended oil for heart health? Can excess oil in food cause a heart attack?

Olive oil is good. Oil contains triglycerides that is a component of cholesterol and that can accumulate in the coronary arteries and over time through a process of ocudation and activation of immune modular system causes plaque formation, hence it is recommend to cut down on oil or other high-fat or unstatututated carbohydrates.
