I have had allergic conjunctivitis my eye still itches it never really goes away but I don't know what triggers it but recently I've been feeling something moving at the very corner of my right eye more to the inner side of my right eye and it lasts a few seconds and then goes away. I've tried once to look in the corner of my eye when it moves but I don't see anything I even try putting my hand on the area when it moves, and it just makes a popping noise when its moving then it stops

It sounds like you need to be examined by a doctor with a microscope- including the underside of your eyelids.
This sounds like something that would need to be looked at and physically evaluated. I am sorry I can’t give you more information but it could be a number of things causing this including a foreign body. Hopefully you will be able to get it looked at soon and get answers. Make sure when you call to schedule an appointment somewhere you let them know that a medical exam is needed and not necessarily a comprehensive eyeglasses exam. It may allow you to get a sooner appointment.
An eye itch that does not resolve with modern eye drops for allergies (such as Lastacaft or Pataday) is probably NOT an eye allergy. There are lots of things that can make your eye itch, including a bacterial overgrowth on the lids known as blepharitis and an infestation of mites (demodex) in your lash follicles. Either way, the next step is to present to your local eye doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Happy to see you personally at our Pike Place office if you're in the Seattle area
You should seek eyecare for them to take a look underneath your eyelid and
to evaluate the health of your eyes to prescribe the appropriate eyedrops.
Please get your eyes checked by a doctor.
Your question needs a few answers because they may be or may not be related? The conjunctivitis problem has to be evaluated as to allergic, bacterial, or viral, or is it something else. The treatments for each can vary.
If you have been "feeling" something moving inside your eye and it is alive, this is obviously a bigger issue. If it is something "floating" around, this can be a vitreous floater. Your migraine problem can create "visual aura" which may be related to what you may be sensing in your eye. This is still a big question.
I would strongly suggest that you see an optometrist or an ophthalmologist in order to determine exactly what are your eye issues and how they can be treated ASAP. You will need to be dilated and please bring with you any medications that you are currently taking, health issues, and especially drops or medications that you have been using for your eyes. Good Luck and Best Wishes. You can always e-mail me at jasonffea@gmail.com
