“Can fibroids recur after a surgery?”
My daughter has been diagnosed with fibroids and we are planning to get a surgery done to remove them. I want to know can this problem recur even after the surgery?

Fibroids removed will never recur. However, if you still have a uterus you will always have the possibility of recurrence. Do know that just because you HAVE fibroids, you don't need to have them removed except for symptoms.

Yes. They can recur afterwards. If they are smaller than 6 cm, I would not recommend removing them. It is very safe to have pregnancy with small fibroids.
