“I have a shooting pain around the right side of my face. What should I do?”
I am a 47 year old man and I have no health issues like diabetes or BP. However, off late I have been having a sharp pain around the right side of my face. What should I do now?

Not enough information to sort this out, but I suspect something is irritating a nerve at the base of your skull. You need a neurologist to sort this out.
Good luck.
Good luck.
You should get a good neurological examination and, if any abnormalities, an imaging study. Otherwise a trial of carbamazepine.

Facial pain can happen in some people. Would recommend neurological evaluation to see if there's something going on or it's just benign facial pain.
See a Neurologist, this could be Trigeminal Neuralgia, and and MRI/MRA as well as treatment are recommended.
