Hemorrhoids?

I have had hemorrhoids off and on for 4-5 years. For some reason, they got very inflamed and then started bleeding. I have used Preparation H and also the doctor gave me a special cream. They are getting somewhat better but every time I try to go to the bathroom I have severe pain in my colon and the pain seems to bother my bladder. The only thing I have found that helps is taking Advil. Wondering why my bladder has pain after I have a bowel movement.

You are most likely constipated. Treating your constipation will clear up your abdominal pain and your hemorrhoids. You should also get a colonoscopy if you haven’t had one yet. I would definitely f/u with your gastroenterologist.
It appears that you need to see a specialist about this chronic condition.
Your hemorrhoids and your colon/bladder pain are not related. You should see a gastroenterologist to evaluate your colon pain. After that, you can have your hemorrhoids evaluated at a later date if necessary.
Hemorrhoids have nothing to do with the bladder or prostate. If this continues, you should see your Internist to Urologist. Have you had a recent colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy?
I hope you feel better.
Pain with bowel movement might be from hemorrhoids or, more likely, an anal fissure. You should see a GI specialist or colorectal surgeon to look for the possibility of anal fissure and get treated for that. Also, avoid constipation and hard stools by using laxatives and diet change.
