“How can I boost up my immune system after radiation theraphy?”
I am a 48 year old male. I want to know how can I boost up my immune system after radiation therapy?

In addition to the usual and customary diet and exercise, I would recommend the following:
1. If possible, get as much direct sunlight as you can...morning a little better than evening....be 'grounded'....in other words in either sock feet or bare feet, let your body be 'grounded' to the earth whilst getting sun...direct sun begets vitamin D and helps regulate and increase melatonin levels which both increase your adaptive immune response.
2. Eliminate as much artificial and particularly blue light as much as you can. Get blue blocking (orange or amber and NOT clear) glasses. Artificial blue light, particularly after sunset suppress melatonin and circadian rhythms which in turns suppresses immunity.
3. Red-light & infrared therapy.....
