You will need to start medication in order to improve your blood pressure. I would recommend to schedule an appointment with a doctor to assess your blood pressure and prescribe medication. In addition to medication, you should cut back or eliminate as much salt intake as possible from your diet. Increase your water intake to flush out the salt/sodium from your
body.

Ask the doctor who is following your blood pressure in the office. Keep a record of your blood pressure and bring it to your visits. We don't CURE it, we CONTROL it with regularly taken medicine.
