You can't. It can actually damage your roots if you move them too fast. Let the dentist decide when you need to tighten the braces or change the invisalign.
Wear your elastics and try to encourage the dentist to see you at 3-week time periods instead of four- to five-week periods. Be very compliant in all instructions.
You can’t without damaging your teeth and the bone supporting the the teeth.
There are different techniques used to stimulate tooth movement that have shown to accelerate the orthodontic processes. One is invasive call Propel and one is not invasive. The non-invasive treatment is with the Acceledent which uses 20min of vibration delivered through a small apparatus that looks like an athletic guard. Both of these can be found on Google
Hi,

There are some techniques your dentist or orthodontist can employ to speed things up if the environment is ideal. But unconventional. There are also devices such as acceledent (and other similar ones) which supposedly speed things up. You actually bite into the appliance for 20 minutes a day and it helps move the teeth, but do speak with your orthodontist as they may not endorse this.
Hope this helps.
Switch to Invisalign!
Be patient, trust your dentist.
Your braces will move your teeth the way your body allows them to move. Keep your teeth clean. Keep your braces clean and your teeth will move
Hello,

Congratulations on getting straighter teeth. However, there is not a lot that can be done to straighten teeth faster. Unfortunately, studies have shown that in order to speed up the movement of teeth, heavier forces need to be applied and when these heavier forces are applied, the jaw bone does not react in a favorable way. It makes the movement of the teeth less predictable and less retentive when it comes time to wear a retainer.
When people get a new wire put on their teeth can feel sore and are often told to take ibuprofen (motrin, advil, etc.) for the soreness. While this works for the soreness it is only recommended for a few days because ibuprofen slows down the tooth movement. So if you can handle the soreness when a new wire is put on you can prevent the slowing down but not taking ibuprofen. Hope this helps.

My best to you!

There are studies showing that certain surgical procedures can accelerate tooth movement through the bone. These procedures are extremely uncomfortable and will add greatly to the cost of your treatment. Your best bet is to follow the instructions of your orthodontist and wear all of your elastics as directed.
