Chronic back pain can be a challenge to manage as I am sure you are well aware. Most often it comes from multiple different systems that compound your pain. Most importantly, you should find a provider that is willing to help you navigate your pain. You will need to discover what is triggering your pain and how to best treat the underlying issue. I apologize that I have to answer this question broadly but treatment should be directed at what is directly causing your pain. I hope this helps.
Eat clean: foods without antibiotic, hormones, steroids, process food and fast foods to keep inflammation down. Drink alkaline water, physical therapy. Weight and breast reduction if necessary, and natural anti-inflammatory: turmeric, fish/flax seed oil, topicals along with a complete evaluation with imaging to find out what is going in your back and give information to physical therapy to develop a plan of care. Use heat or ice which ever gives you the most relief. Hopes this helps
Managing chronic back pain is a complex task, each patient deserves individualized health care. Please visit your primary care physician for further questions and medical care.

Thank you for your question.
The management of back pain is very complex and nuanced. The key question that we need to answer with back pain is addressing the "cause" of the pain, once we know the cause we can treat the cause.
You need to see a primary care physician for evaluation.
