I am a 32 year old pregnant female and I get tired very often. How can I overcome the fatigue during pregnancy?

More sleep, more so in early pregnancy.

Fatigue in the third trimester is very normal, however, there are some things you can do! I would recommend light exercise like walking if you can as well as keeping your blood sugar stable by eating protein-rich snacks throughout the day.
