I am a 23 year old female. I want to know how can I relax my subconscious mind?

Thank you for your question. There are many ways to relax your subconscious mind. Relaxation techniques include deep diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, grounding exercises, mindfulness meditation, practicing positive mantras or positive self-talk, guided imagery and visualization, and journaling or stream of consciousness writing.

A common way to relax the mind is meditation. Meditation and visualization are probably the most common techniques used to calm the mind. It is not always easy though. It often takes practice to be able to reach a relaxed state of mind with no intrusive thoughts.
