How can I use apple cider vinegar without damaging my teeth?

I am a 30 year old male. I want to know how can I use apple cider vinegar without damaging my teeth?

Apple cider vinegar is very acidic, so you may want to incorporate it in tea or some other type of liquid and gulp it down quickly! And make sure you use a fluoride rinse and toothpaste or get fluoride treatments at your dental office so you don’t get acid erosion or decay.
Drinking apple cider vinegar shouldn’t hurt your teeth. Swishing it, is not recommended.
It is not meant to be used on your teeth. It is a consumable product
