I'm 31 years old, and I think I keep getting yeast infections during my period (I'm usually really itchy down there throughout my menstrual cycle), and I don't know what to do. How can I get rid of a yeast infection that occurs during my period?

It is best to douche with some white vinegar and water, then after your period, have your doctor do some vaginal cultures to see exactly what is causing the problem and then treat accordingly.
