“How can I instantly relieve tooth pain?”
I've been having a bad toothache almost everyday, for a week straight. Are there ways to instantly relieve tooth pain? And no, I'm not sure of where it's coming from.

You can try several home remedies such as a warm saltwater rinse, applying a cold compress on your cheek (wherever the tooth pain is), take an OTC pain killer, or try chewing some chopped bits of garlic!
Sorry, but the best way is to prevent it, which is too late for you. The dental section of most stores will have temporary relief products. Some work, some don't. Go to a dentist or an urgent care to make sure you do not have an abscess developing that could put you in the hospital if it gets out of control.
Instantly? Have the dentist give you a shot. Now, keeping it from coming back is a little more complicated. The dentist will evaluate the teeth to verify which tooth or teeth are causing the pain. Sometimes a root canal is necessary to treat the tooth. Your dentist may prescribe antibiotics if it is appropriate. If the tooth is not fixable, an extraction will be recommended and you can discuss tooth replacement options with your dentist.
Toothache is a signal of your body that you have an infection and it is important to see your dentist as soon as possible
Call your dentist for an emergency appointment now. The only instant relief for pain is at the hands of a dentist.
Here is the most simple way to relieve your toothache especially when you are not sure where it's coming from. You first need a definitive diagnosis and then the appropriate treatment. That will best be accomplished by visiting your local dentist ASAP!
You obviously have a dental problem that will not go away without being treated by a dentist. Until you can see a dentist, the best way to relieve pain is with a combination of over-the-counter pain relief medications. Assuming that you have no allergies to the following medications, you can take 2 advil along with 2 regular strength tylenol tabs every 6 hours. this should supply adequate pain relief until you see your dentist for definitive treatment.
Hello,
The only guaranteed way to be out of pain is to extract the tooth. Tons of variables though and I’d see your dentist immediately. Many options in dentistry to save teeth now.

Sorry about your pain. That can be miserable. The answer to your first question is “no.” Second question: Locating an unknown source of dental pain is a very difficult task. An upper tooth can feel like it is on the lower, as well as the opposite. A tooth with a crack within the root can be difficult to locate. Some muscles with problems can feel like a toothache instead of a painful muscle.
Good luck in your search. A dentist that accepts insurance may not be able to spend the time necessary to find the problem for what insurance will allow.
