How do people deal with clogged pores?

I'm 33 years old, and I'm pretty sure the cause of my acne, which is really just occasional, is because of my clogged pores. What's the best way to deal with clogged pores?

The best way to manage pores is to keep them from overfilling which is what can lead to acne. Topical prescription medications such as tretinoin is helpful along with OTC options such as salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and glycolic acid. Occasional use of pore strips can also help to clear out the pores. Most important to realize is that there is no way to get rid of a pore. Just maintain it well to prevent overflow.
