I am a 33 year old male. I have burn marks on my ear. How do you get rid of burn marks on your ear?

Without seeing what the burn mark looks like exactly, I would assume treatment like any other scar. First-line treatment for most scars is with a gel that contains silicone. Make sure active ingredient includes silicone, and apply as directed until the appearance of the scar has lessened.
Not being able to see them, this is hard to answer. The ear can have grafts. Also, it may be operated with out grafts by improving the position of the tissue. If they are severely injured, it may never look normal, however improved.
Hydroquinone
If you are referring to burn scars, these are permanent. It may be possible to improve them, but not remove them fully.
