“How do you know if chest pain is heart related?”
My 16 year old son says he has chest pain sometimes. How do you know if chest pain is heart related?

It feels like an elephant sitting on your chest, pain moves to the face and left arm. Occurs with exercise. Respirations or breathing do not affect it.
