“How do you know if you need your wisdom teeth removed?”
I'm 24 and I need to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, I think... what are some ways to figure out that I need to have them removed?

Have a consult with a board certified OMFS and have them review your xray to explain the indications for their possible removal. Everyone is different and unique in that regard.
You will need to see a dentist to decide the necessity of wisdom teeth removal. They will take an x-ray and do a clinical evaluation for the level of impaction of the teeth, where there is decay and poor oral hygiene around the teeth.
You should consult with a dentist and have a proper opinion from a clinical exam and X-ray.

That needs to be determined by a dentist. You will need an examination and possibly radiographs to make that determination.
