I am a 29 year old male. I wonder how can I know if your eyes are misaligned?

A complete eye exam will help determine if your eyes are misaligned.
I would recommend getting an eye exam from an optometrist or ophthalmologist. If it is obvious then an observant friend/family member may be able to pick it up but not if it is subtle.
Sometimes a photograph can be helpful. Alternately, double vision can be a sign of misalignment. Ultimately, you should see an eye care professional for confirmation.

Look in the mirror from a distance, take a photo of yourself at 5 meters using a remote release, see an optometrist or ophthalmologist
