See your dentist.
You really can't. Go see a dentist ASAP.

Depends on what tooth, or where its located. Lower teeth are typically numbed by a inferior alveolar nerve block or a local infiltration with 2% Lidocaine, Upper teeth are typically done with the same anesthetic, and usually done by infiltration, although a Posterior Superior Alveolar Nerve block can be effective for upper molars. In short a dentist will need to perform this.
Ambesol may work temporarily. IT DEPENDS WHAT THE CAUSE IS. Do you know the cause? If not, see a dentist ASAP.
