How do you realign your pelvis at home?
1. Reverse leg raises
Lie on your stomach with your legs resting on the ground and your forehead resting on your hands.
Lift one leg while keeping your knees straight and gluteus muscles tightened.
Hold for 2 to 5 seconds, and then lower your leg.
Do 12 repetitions.
Switch legs.

I do not recommend that you realize your pelvis at home. There is not really a way of going about it without seeing a chiropractor. The best solution at home would be to apply heat and stretch.
The best way to get your pelvis realigned is by visiting your local chiropractor. I do not suggest you doing it yourself.
I don't like the term "alignment". In my opinion treating the spine is about function. Everybody's spine is different and responds differently. The goal is to make the spine work well within its own structural parameters. Stretching, exercises, posture, habits and activities of daily living can make a difference. It is important to get help from a licensed professional. Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) are trained to diagnose and treat all the areas of the neuromuscular skeletal system and can assist in developing a program for your individual needs.
