How do you rebuild tooth enamel?

Are there any methods to rebuild tooth enamel?

You can help "strengthen" enamel with fluoride treatments provided by your dentist, but if you have worn enamel away for whatever reason there is no way to rebuild what has been worn away. It will not grow back.
Proper oral hygiene is the start. Brushing 3 times a day, flossing once a day and seeing a licensed dental hygienist at least 2 times a year help. Rebuilding enamel is a misnomer. You can strengthen it with the proper care and there is a product you can get from a dentist called MI paste that will help strengthen it. If enamel has been lost due to breaking, acid erosion or other factors, it cannot be 'rebuilt'. It would be replaced with a crown, filling or other restoration. Best advice, take care of it daily!
You can strengthen remaining enamel with some fluoride and calcium toothpastes and topically applied gels. Enamel that is missing cannot grow back. Enamel can be protected or sometimes replaced, depending on how your teeth fit together.
