Local anesthesia effects wear off on their own. You don't reverse them. If the effects persisted beyond several hours/days it is possible that a nerve injury happened. Again, nerve injury get better on its own in most cases. Some persists for months, years, or forever.
Only the tincture of time allows the numbness from local anesthetics to dissipate.
There is no way to reverse the effects. You just rest.
