I am a 34 year old female. I want to know how do you sleep with misaligned hips?

Flat on your back with or without a pillow under your knees, or on your sides with your knees drawn up a little and with or without a pillow between your knees.
I would recommend that you get the hips aligned to avoid musculoskeletal dysfunction that leads to pain.
Ideally, it is best to sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees. But the solution to this is to see a chiropractor and have your hips aligned, and do correct exercises and stretches to keep your hips in proper alignment during the course of chiropractic mobilization.
There is really no right way to sleep whether your hips are balanced or not. Try sleeping on either side, knees bent, a pillow between your legs. Best advice I can give is to sleep in the most comfortable position that you can find, that feels right for you.
Good Morning!
The best way to sleep with a misaligned hip is on your back with a supportive pillow under your knees. The pillow will provide relief for your low back and hip. It is important to get your hip aligned as soon as possible so your daily activities and sleep is not affected.
Thank you :)

Hello,
My wish for you is that this should take care of your pain. Sleeping on your back is the best. In addition you should elevate your let's up to about 65 degrees with some thick pillows. A side sleeper should invest in a knee/wedge pillow that can be found at the "On T.V." section of stores such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, or Dollar General. Also look on Amazon. This should stabilize your pelvis. In addition, if you have had this problem for more than 4-6 weeks, you should have an X-ray of your Lumbo-Pelvic spine.
I hope this will remedy your condition. If your pain has worsened over time, seek council with your Family Doctor or a Chiropractor.

Sleep with a pillow in between your hips that is thick enough to keep your hip in line with your spine when you lay on your side!
On your side with a pillow between your legs or face up with a pillow under the knees. Iād get evaluated by your chiropractor as soon as you can to correct the issue at hand.
