I am a 23 year old male. I want to know how can I test for egg intolerance?

The short answer is no. Food "intolerance" is ill-defined, not a medically specific term. Food intolerance cannot specifically be tested for as no one can agree what intolerance means. Food allergies are something different and these CAN be diagnosed by careful history, food diary and sometimes food allergy testing.
Scratch tests are effective. It is best if you speak with your allergist they can perform tests that will give you a clear answer.
