I am a 28 year old female with a red and peeling sunburn. How do you treat a severe sunburn?

Stay out of the sun. Use a moisturizer with aloe vera, and when you do go back out into the sun, use a sunblock with SPF 35-50 or greater.
Fluids, get out of the sun, cool compresses and more fluids.
Cool it down with cool water.
Next time use more sunscreen.
