If you clean around them, forever.
In a 16-year study conducted by Dr. P. Simonis, the cumulative 16-year survival rate of the dental implants studied was 82.94%. Dental implants generally have a high success rate, although they are not without their own complications over time.

An good quality implant could last the rest of your life, provided you take good care of your teeth with brushing, flossing, regular professional cleanings, check ups by your Dentists, X rays, etc.
Dental implants should last a life time, but hygiene's important to keep the area clean just as is with normal teeth.
The amount of time dental implants last depends on many factors, including the health of the gums, bone and surrounding teeth, age, general health, oral hygiene and chewing habits. So as you can see, there is not one single answer to your question as it varies from person to person. It is possible that an implant could fail immediately, or it could last for the rest of your life.
