This is a controversial topic. Some surgeons argued that brow lift does not last, particularly the ones done endoscopically. My experience is completely the opposite. I have been fortunate to be one of the pioneers of the procedure. I have thought the surgery to thousands of plastic surgeons and performed in over 1200 patients. If you follow the tenants of my original description the surgery is extremely durable. The relapse rate is less that 1%.
A brow lift should last 8-12 years if done correctly. I prefer an endoscopic brow lift as this does not leave any visible scars and achieve a nicely positioned brow that is very adjustable. Most patients are candidates for this approach.
A brow lift should have a lasting effect for 10-15 years, depending on the degree of lift desired, your lifestyle and your facial muscle activity.
