I am a 34 year old female. I want to know how long does it take for anesthesia to put you to sleep?

I'm assuming by this question you mean how long from when the anesthetic drugs are given are you asleep enough for surgery? If this is what you mean then from the time the medicine is injected into your veins, you have about 15-20 seconds before you are adequately anesthetized for a surgical procedure.
