Dear patient,
That’s difficult to say. If you still have sensitivity, first check to see if your bite is correct. Meaning when you have your teeth together, does the tooth that had filling done touches first. If it’s yes, then that can cause sensitivity. You will need to see your dentist for adjustment. If the filling is large and deep close to the nerve, the sensitive maybe present as result. If the discomfort doesn’t linger, then the nerve is still vital. It’s uncertain how long the sensitivity will last. Try using sensitivity tooth paste and try not to chew with the tooth for a while. If you are uncertain, best to have your tooth checked with your dentist.

Best,
It depends on how deep was the cavity and a lot of other factors. Would recommend to contact your dentist.
Depends on the depth of decay and how it was restored. Cold sensitivity should gradually dissipate in 4 to 12 weeks. Call the office if you have concern.
