I am a 24-year-old female who washes their face 2 times a day. How often should I wash my face?

You should wash it as often as it is dirty ie depends on your occupation, environment and cosmetic use. Applying oil and cosmetics before you go out into the dusty wind certainly attracts more dirt. It depends on whether you live in the back streets of India or frozen highways of Siberia.
That works. You don’t need to over scrub it unless it’s dirty.

Twice a day at least to avoid sebum accumulation (oils) and makeup and moisturizers. Talk your dermatologist to see what wash works best for you. Visit your local dermatologist and discuss your options and diagnosis.
