“How strong is tooth bonding?”
I am a 34 year old female. I want to know how strong is tooth bonding?

It is strong enough to chew food. If you have grinding and trauma in your mouth, it significantly may reduce the composite longevity (vibration). Forces of the jaws may crack teeth and filling material.
It should be as strong as your teeth. However, if you have lost too much tooth structure prior to bonding procedure then the tooth may no longer be as strong
