Please see a podiatrist. if it is that your symptoms are due to favoring standing on you right leg, an orthotic can fix this.
Do X-ray. Proper foot wear. Medication Motrin 800mg.
Can try an ankle brace or even look at better supportive shoes these can help your ankle. But need to get an xray of this if it hurts a lot because could be getting arthritis type of pain.
This will progress if left untreated. You may have a limb length discrepancy that I can easily check for and treat. There are multiple conservative options that work very well. Please, make an appointment with me in my Chandler office (480) 269-7130 and I will go over all of your options. Depending on Xrays (if needed) that I can take at my office and the clinical exam, I am able to diagnose and recommend different treatment options. I recommend you have this checked as soon as you can, especially since I can usually treat this without surgery very well in just one visit with me. My office is located on Dobson road, just north of Chandler Regional Hospital. Advanced Foot & Ankle Specialists of Arizona. Feel free to ask to be seen by me specifically and I will get you in the same day or latest the next day. I take all insurances, please do not go off of the insurance list on this website as it is not updated yet. Mention that I have talked to you on the internet. I can also do the entire visit with you over the phone or video call as well, which most insurances cover, even if you are out of state and my staff can verify this for you when you schedule. Thank you and have a good evening.
YOU NEED TO BE EXAMINED BY A PODIATRIST. HE/SHE WILL DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF YOUR PAIN. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE A PAIN RELIEVER WHICH ONLY TREATS THE PAIN AND NOT THE CAUSE.
Depends on the cause of your pain. Leaning on an ankle should not cause it to be painful unless there’s something wrong. Causes could be inadequate vein requiring compression socks nerve problems orthopedic problems. You need to have the ankle evaluated by a foot and ankle specialist or a podiatrist.

Seriously, go see a podiatrist. You may have other issues going on with the joints in feet, ankle, or legs that cause you to lean on the right leg - like a limb length discrepancy.
You would benefit by getting a correct diagnosis, as with limb length discrepancy you may feel this way and in order to treat it correctly one needs to determine if this is LLD and if so if it's functional or anatomical as they are treated very differently.

Depends on what is causing the pain. Just leaning on your right leg should not necessarily cause ankle pain. You may have another underlying issue that could be causing discomfort. I would recommend having it evaluated with potential X-ray.

First, get your ankle evaluated by a podiatrist, X-rays and MRI if needed.

Why are you always leaning on the right ankle? There may be a biomechanical reason for this which can be alleviated. See your doc
The best way to address this is to investigate why you are leaning more on the right leg. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for an evaluation to determine the appropriate treatment
It is difficult to discern what is wrong with you without more detail and without an examination. You could have ankle arthritis. You could have tendonitis. You could be pronating (a certain motion of the foot which usually looks like a flat foot) and the pain may not be related to the actual ankle joint, at all. Without seeking professional help to discern what your actual pathology is, it is impossible to give you advice on this issue.
