Nerve type symptoms like you describe can be caused by back problems, sciatic, lower extremity nerve entrapment, or neuroma.
Vibration sense is abnormal. Likely ailment of the nervous system. I recommend that you see a podiatrist regarding this for a full exam.
'Vibration' is usually related to nerve pain or nerve irritation/conditions. At your age, this may be something to worry about. Among these pathologies could be neuromuscular disorders, spine disorders (bulging discs/pinched nerves), MS, Neuropathy, drugs (both prescription and non-prescription), or viruses. But it may just be from tight shoes/shoe laces. It would be in your best interest to have the problem evaluated ASAP
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options
Hard to diagnose without exam.
